Updated Cancellation, no-show and late arrival policy.

Cancellations may be made up to 12 hours prior to the client's scheduled appointments by phone or online via confirmation links. Clients failing to provide notice within the 12 hour policy will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of service,  which cannot be billed to insurance.

Missed appointments without notice or reasonable cause will be charged for the 100% of service scheduled. Late arrivals will only receive the amount of time left to the clients scheduled appointment. Our time is valuable and you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service should you arrive late. You may require a modified treatment according to the time remaining. Out of respect for all other clients, we do not provide additional time for late arrivals. If you believe you may be late, please notify us immediately, as we may be able to adjust your appointment time and avoid charging any late fee's. After 10 minutes without any notice of late arrival, you are considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled and 100% of the service will be charged to your account. Must be paid within 7 days of no-show appointment. If the fee is not paid, you will not be permitted to book another appointment without the receipt of paid fee. Continuous no-show or late cancellation fee's will result in the requirement to pre-pay for all services at booking or termination of services. You will also be banned from booking services online and will need to call in your appointments in order to pre-pay.


We do not tolerate any disrespect or aggressive behaviours in person or over the phone. These types of behaviours will guarantee you will be terminated as a client.
