To book our services you can click the link below or download the Fresha App on your devices for convenient booking at your fingertips. Search for Simply Wellness and add us to your favourites list. You can book, pay and see all upcoming appointments with us. When booking, you will receive a confirmation E-mail. Make sure you receive this e-mail after booking, if not please give us a call as you may not have completed your request properly. Please visit our policies page for an update on our cancellation policies as they have changed. During cold and flu season, if you are feeling under the weather, we ask that you call to reschedule your appointment (no fee will be applied). If you arrive sick, you will be asked to leave and a fee will be charged.
If you are looking to book a combination of services or if you are booking for group services, please give our front desk a call at 613-935-4044. We would be happy to assist you with booking your favourite services all at once!
Group bookings of 3 or more people, will require a deposit and will receive a call to confirm attendance 48 hours before booking. Any cancelations of groups after the 48hr confirmation will lose the deposit fee. If a deposit is NOT made, your appointment is NOT confirmed.
